The Rogers Mini-Max, pictured on the Home page and at the left provides the minimum weight, maximum load dump truck. Weight-conscious engineering and high-quality construction combines durability and maximum payload.

Mini-Max understructure–formed steel hat-sections continuously welded to the floor and sides provide maximum strength with minimum weight, The unit mounts directly to the truck chassis, eliminating a sub-frame, which lowers the center of gravity and reduces weight.

Rogers designed the AB-style aluminum body for maximum payload capacity. Each unit uses aluminum extrusions custom designed by Rogers’ engineers. The extrusions shed materials easily while providing strength and durability. Understructure cross-members are spaced only 7.5” apart for greater floor strength. Every Rogers’ body conforms to the GVWR of the truck.
