Since 1946 the finest dump bodies in the business have been made at Rogers Manufacturing Company. Rogers has developed body designs of superior strength while building each body to individual customer specifications. From the heavy-duty, high-tensile steel body to the lighter aluminum body, every Rogers unit is Mini-Max understructurebuilt to perform–and built to last. The large number of Rogers’ dump bodies on the road are rolling proof of their popularity and durability.

The Rogers Mini-Max, pictured on the Home page and at the left provides the minimum weight, maximum load dump truck. Weight-conscious engineering and high-quality construction combines durability and maximum payload.

Mini-Max understructure–formed steel hat-sections continuously welded to the floor and sides provide maximum strength with minimum weight, The unit mounts directly to the truck chassis, eliminating a sub-frame, which lowers the center of gravity and reduces weight.

AB-style Aluminum Dump BodyRogers designed the AB-style aluminum body for maximum payload capacity. Each unit uses aluminum extrusions custom designed by Rogers’ engineers. The extrusions shed materials easily while providing strength and durability. Understructure cross-members are spaced only 7.5” apart for greater floor strength. Every Rogers’ body conforms to the GVWR of the truck.

The Rogers commitment to quality and durability extends to a complete line of frame-type dump Aluminum Dump Trailertrailers–featuring both aluminum and steel. These trailers are built to carry the really big loads, year after year.

The workhorse of the Rogers’ line is the R-style material body, R-style Heavy Duty Dump Bodythe R-style built the Rogers reputation for durability. Every detail is designed for ultimate strength. The high tensile steel has a 50,000-pound minimum yield. Every Rogers’ steel body has an inside measure of 7’4”.
